I am trying my best to not want my deliciously sweet carbonated soda. I miss it. But not as much as I know I soon will. Right now I have replaced it with New Leaf- Strawberry flavored white tea. Though I can only get it at Luna DiMaggio's right now and they don't always have it. Other than that I am drinking water.
But if I find out anymore of my foods or drinks (not many for drinks) has aspartame I swear I am going to just go back to chugging diet pepsi. I mean if it is still in stuff I eat and drink I haven't really cut the stuff out, have I?
Don't worry I'm not chugging the stuff down...yet. I am going to see my doctor in March and I am going to ask some questions. Sorry but whenever my doctor tells me something, I listen. I didn't go to medical school. That's not to say, if he says diet pepsi isn't harming me in anyway, I'm going to go back to drinking it by the case.
I'm going to monitor my changes and honestly if I don't notice an improvement in anything and I am desperate for a soda I might just take a drink. If that ever happens I promise to change the name of my blog. But that's only if I cave in and start drinking it every day, all day.
